Please ensure that all measurements are taken with consistent tension on the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose, and that photos are taken in good lighting to clearly show the body's condition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

- Participants must be residents of the United States.

- Employees and immediate family members of Alpha Body are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

- To enter the challenge, participants must purchase at least one Alpha Body supplement.

- Participants are required to use at least one of our nutritious products during the challenge in order to achieve their desired results.

- Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Challenge Duration:

- The challenge will run for a period of 60 days, starting from the official start date announced by Alpha Body.

4. Weekly Progress Reports:

- Participants are required to submit weekly progress reports, including weight measurements, specific body measurements, and photos/videos.

- These reports are essential to ensure the integrity and fairness of the challenge.

- The progress reports will also serve as an opportunity for participants to track their own progress throughout the challenge.

5. Judging Criteria:

- The winner will be selected based on their overall transformation and commitment to the challenge.

- The judging panel, consisting of the Alpha Body team, will evaluate the participants based on their physical transformation, dedication, and adherence to the challenge rules.

- The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

6. Prize:

- The winner will receive a cash prize of $5000.

- The winner will also be rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to Viva Las Vegas, including a two-day stay.

- If the winner currently resides in Las Vegas, they will be offered a staycation instead.

- The flight and room expenses for one spouse/friend will also be covered.

- The winner will have the opportunity to participate in a fitness photoshoot/video shoot.

- The winner will enjoy a dinner with the Alpha Body team.

- Additionally, the winner will receive the Alpha Body stack, which includes alpha blast, alpha Up, Alpha G serum, primal complete protein, and boss Up creatine.

7. Privacy:

- By participating in the challenge, participants agree to allow Alpha Body to use their progress photos/videos for promotional purposes.

- Alpha Body will handle all personal information provided by participants in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. General Conditions:

- Alpha Body reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the challenge rules or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

- Alpha Body reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice.

- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the challenge and should consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

- By participating in the challenge, participants agree to release Alpha Body from any liability or claims arising from their participation.

9. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

- By entering the challenge, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
